Because of my own situation, I probably won't be able to use them at the moment. But in speaking with Matt, I got very specific and credible information, and I am grateful for his expertise, competence and professionalism.

James was great with the entire process. We took pictures of what we thought were bed bugs (whew! they weren't!) and he texted us back identifying what they were and the method to get rid of them. Since we were still uncertain, he came by our place on the west side and checked it very thoroughly; he even brought a contained vial of actual bed bugs to show us the difference! James ended up not charging us at all and gave us some pointers on how to prevent these bugs (which I'm allergic to) in the future.

I contacted ISOTECH on a short notice for my pest extermination needs. Chris D. showed up on time and knew exactly what needed to be done. He explained what needed to be done, what chemicals he was going to use and how they work in removing (exterminating) pests. Chris D. is an extremely knowledgeable individual, pays attention to details and very customer friendly. I will most definitely hire ISOTECH for my pests extermination needs again.

My daughter had a bedbug problem In her apartment. Yuk! But, fortunately the management contacted Isotech Pest Management. As her mother, I was appalled at the thought of these creatures In her home, but Tim Stearns of Isotech was available to us during the preparation for answers to my many questions as well as after the treatment when I had concerns about the cleanup. He was kind, patient and, of course, so knowledgeable. I would recommend Isotech without hesitation. Be certain to ask to deal with Tim. You won't be disappointed!

I cant say enough good things about isotech. I have been using them for years for my apartment buildings and they are hands down the best. They have monthly maintenance contracts (thanks Larry) who are super professional and thorough as well as specialists. So far I have had to call in the bed bug team, the bee team, and the mice team (thanks to neighboring buildings that do not keep up on pest control).

I reccomend this company for commercial and residential (apartment complexes). I have been using them for years and appreciate that they are always on time and have specialists for every kind of pest issue (roaches, mice, termites, bees, etc).

I have worked with many pest companies over the years and I can say confidently that Isotech Pest Management is absolutely the BEST. They came in a timely manner treated what we needed and also educated not only me but my staff on bed bugs to relay to the residents to prevent future reoccurrences. They also provided our team with a detailed report from start to finish of what they did and provided pictures for documentation. If you are looking for exceptional service I recommend Isotech because they are on top of it and know what they are doing!! Definitely your go-to guys.

I am more then happy with the services provided by Isotech. There field tech "Travis Garza" came through and answered all of me and my lady's questions and concerns. He was extremely polite and helpful. And he went the extra mile to make sure that we had peace of mind about our insect problem. He is extremely thorough and makes sure to do his job 100%. Called them up late last night when I was worried I may have brought bedbugs instead of just memories home from a recent trip. They will genuinely answer the phone and book an appointment 24 hours a day on weekdays. They also gave me estimates for the cost I’d have for treatment if they found any, which for my one-bedroom would be about $750 for heat and spray or $1100 for heat only. Joe, from the company, arrived right on time the next morning for the free inspection, calling about 15 minutes ahead to confirm everything. Immediately on looking at a baseboard in my bedroom, he said that I probably just had a few carpet beetles (which apparently like wool that’s been shed by clothing, not just carpet). A deep inspection of my bedding, furniture, and luggage confirmed his initial take: no bedbugs. He explained everything he was looking for and why. His main advice was to vacuum up the dust bunnies, especially in hard-to-reach places like the middle under the bed. (I have hardwood floors that allow accumulation in any nook, no matter how far under furniture.) He also suggested a one-time general spray might help, which I took him up on and he was able to do right then for $150. I hadn’t ever sprayed this place in the three years I’ve been in it, though the building gets regular treatment in common areas. He wasn’t pushy at all about the service; he actually had to restart the paperwork for the visit because he had finished filling it out for the inspection alone. So, I ended up with my fears set aside and carpet beetles fixed for less than I would have paid for a company like Scent Tek to look for bedbugs (not that there’s anything wrong with those folks). If you’re wondering why this company doesn’t have many reviews yet, ISOTECH is apparently new to the Bay Area but has operated in southern California for a while. I don’t have Angie’s List, but they apparently have lots of reviews for that division on there, according to the person I worked with. A lot of their initial business locally is also hotels and businesses (not really the types to post Yelp reviews). They do serve residences, though.
Honest and Competent

This company is awesome! After I had a bed bug treatment nightmare with another company, they were a breath of fresh air. Their dog came in and confirmed no bugs. They also did a great job helping my friend deal with mites. More recently, I thought I had bed bugs in a different place, and they came by and confirmed I didn’t. Over they phone I got a quote from them for a Vikane treatment and it was 25% lower then another quote I got. They’re honest and competent, unlike a lot of other companies out there.
